With plenty of room to sleep 12, our Villa includes 2 king, 2 queens and 2 full beds. The Master Bedroom includes one king bed. The attached master bath includes dual vanity sinks with a jetted tub/shower combo. The second master bedroom includes one king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 includes one queen, one full bed and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 has one queen bed and one full bed with an attached bathroom with shower. We have made some significant upgrades in 2026 including: Remodeled kitchen New stainless refrigerator (w/ dual ice makers) New stainless microwave New stainless stove New patio furniture Each rental includes all linens, bath towels, washcloths and a starter pack including toiletries, laundry and dishwashing detergents.

Your door code is the last four digits of the phone number on your reservation, and it activates at 4:00 PM on your check-in day. Locked yourself out? Message us and we'll help via our secondary lock box. If we can't be reached, a locksmith will need to be called at the renter's expense. Who Can Stay All renters must be responsible adults 25 or older, and the person who books must stay for the full reservation. Occupancy is capped at 12 overnight guests. Pets, Smoking & Parties No pets permitted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the patio. House parties are not allowed in the villa or on the decks. What's Included Every stay comes with all linens (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths) plus pillows, bedspreads, and a few extra blankets. A starter pack of toiletries, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent is provided. Feel free to bring extra pillows or blankets if you'd like more on hand. Beds: 2 king, 2 queen, 2 full. Pool Access Two pool cards are provided in the unit for access to the pool and private beach entrance. Please keep track of them — missing cards are a $50 replacement fee. Parking Your assigned spot is bay "A," under the building at the far right, or directly in line with it on the parking pad. Street parking is not available. Per HOA rules, campers and other mobile sleeping units aren't permitted (for sleeping, cooking, or otherwise), boat trailers can't be stored in the parking spaces, and EV charging isn't allowed under the building (golf carts are fine). While You're Here No land-line phone on site, so bring your cell. Fireworks are illegal in North Carolina and enforced locally, with a $500 fine for violations. The garbage schedule is posted in the villa's instruction book — pickup days change during the year, and containers go out to the street the night before. The locked closet within the unit is for owner storage and is off-limits to guests. If anything isn't working when you arrive or during your stay, let us know right away and we'll fix it as quickly as we can. We're not able to offer rebates for appliance, A/C, TV, or Wi-Fi issues, but we'll do our best to resolve anything that comes up. Early Arrival / Late Departure We're happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when availability allows — up to 2 hours on either side of the standard times. This may carry an additional fee, so just ask ahead of time.
